Elise originally took the viewing booking and also gave me a reminder courtesy call to confirm closer to the time. At the viewing Sofie was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I think it was harry that started the negotiations with the landlord then Xenia the branch manager took over when she was back from annual leave. Xenia communicated with me via email and phone and was extremely prompt with her replies and also explained everything in detail was able to get all the references and checks done in just a few days. Very happy especially after having a really bad experience with the last letting agency I was with. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Very happy.
