ABOUT ABODE
Abode Student Living is purpose built student accommodation. The building provides a selection of spacious Studios, one beds, two beds, three beds and four bed flats. The building comprises of 78 flats with a total of 132 bed spaces over six floors. All flats have large windows providing lots of natural light and the upper floors in particular have great views of Leicester.

LOCATION
With the property being situated next to the Leicester Train Station and just a short walk from both University of Leicester and De Montfort University, it is the ideal choice for any student. The building is surrounded by an array of shops, bars, restaurants, Highcross Shopping Centre and the City Centre is just a 10 minute walk.

TENANCY LENGTH AND PAYMENTS
The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June.
We offer ZERO RENT for the summer period (from 1st July – 26th August).
Therefore, the rent payable is EQUIVILANT TO 48 WEEKS OF RENT.

If you can provide a UK based Guarantor then the rent can be paid in the following four instalments:

1st July 2022 – 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent)

3rd October 2022 – 16 weeks of rent payable

2nd January 2023 – 16 weeks of rent payable

24th April 2023 – 8 weeks of rent payable

If you are UNABLE TO PROVIDE A UK GUARANTOR, THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM. you will simply need to pay your rent in two instalments as follows.

1st June 2022 – 50% of the annual rent payable

1st September 2022 (or on arrival whichever is sooner) – 50% of the annual rent payable
